Blake DeBusk

Blake DeBusk has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2014 when they were a Cashier at REI. In 2016, they were a Sales Associate at Icebreaker, and a Customer Success Specialist at Strikedeck. At Strikedeck, they were responsible for building prospect lists, formulating, sending sales and meetup campaigns, and helping to run and market hosted meetups. In 2018, they were a Security Specialist at Security Industry Specialists and a Founder and Investor at Mission Finance. In 2019, they became a Recruiter at Barton Associates Inc. In 2021, they were a Marketing Contractor and Consultant at SportsTrace, a Facebook Marketing Expert at TTEC, and a Marketing Expert at Facebook. At Facebook, they provided ad consulting for ad optimization and improvement, data analytics and algorithm optimization, increased customer retention and brand loyalty, small business growth strategies, audience and ad creative best practices, and optimization for improved ROI with Ads in Facebook Ads Manager tool. Blake also helped launch the Value program and worked with over 150 clients on their ad accounts. On average, advertisers saw a 30% improvement on ad results in key metrics.

Blake DeBusk is currently attending Arizona State University. Prior to that, they attended Mesa Community College from 2018 to 2019, studying Communication. Blake also attended West Valley College from 2015 to 2016, where they earned an International Business degree. Blake attended Oregon State University from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Kinesiology degree with a General Studies field of study. Lastly, they attended Archbishop Mitty High School from 2010 to 2014, where they earned their High School Diploma. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) in 2018 for CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid/Trauma, the California Department of Consumer Affairs in 2018 for a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services Exposed Firearm Permit, and the California Department of Consumer Affairs in 2018 for a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services Security Guard Registration.
