Djoye Mendy-Grant

Djoye Mendy-Grant has a strong background in HR and talent acquisition. Djoye is currently working at OpenWeb as the HR Director, after serving as the HR Business Partner for North America and the Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Tapad as a Talent Acquisition Associate and People & Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Djoye also has experience as an Office & Recruiting Coordinator at Intouch Solutions and a Consumer Experience Associate at Stafford Communications Group. Before entering the HR field, Djoye worked as a Programs & Systems Administrator at Scouts et Guides de France and held various roles at the International Justice Project, including Associate Program Officer, Community Liaison Officer, and Emergency Response Intern.

Djoye Mendy-Grant holds a MasterTrack Certificate in Leading Innovation With Creativity from HEC Paris, completed in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a MPA in NGOs Management - International Relief & Development from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) between 2011 and 2013. In 2010, they obtained a Graduate Degree in Comparative Legal Studies specializing in Common Law and International Criminal Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Djoye's academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Law from Aix-Marseille University, which they completed in 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including being a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member and completing courses on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn. Djoye is also an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certified by HRCI.
