Yuval Fessler

Yuval Fessler has a diverse work experience in the legal and business fields. Yuval currently serves as the Head of the New York Office at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy (Inc). Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Legal & Business Officer and Corporate Development Lead at OpenWeb, where they played a key role in the company's legal and corporate affairs globally.

Before joining OpenWeb, Yuval worked at Tufin as the Chief Legal & Business Officer, leading the company's initial public offering and subsequent follow-on offerings. Yuval also managed corporate, compliance, and governance matters.

Earlier in their career, Yuval gained significant experience as a Senior Associate at Goldfarb Gross Seligman, representing multinational technology companies and venture capital funds in various transactions. Yuval also served as a Senior Associate at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., representing technology incubators and start-ups accelerators on portfolio investments and fund formation.

Prior to that, Yuval worked as an Associate at M.Firon and Co., specializing in international transactions, high tech, venture capital, M&A, and energy projects. Yuval began their career as an Intern at Gilead Sher & Co., Attorneys, where they gained exposure to high tech, venture capital, energy projects, and government-related matters.

Yuval Fessler attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained an Executive MBA degree in International Business & Finance. Prior to that, they studied at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2004 to 2007, earning an LL.B degree in International Commercial & Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution & Negotiations.
