Leanne Donnelly

Leanne Donnelly has worked in a variety of roles in the past few years. Leanne is currently working as an Events Product Specialist at SpotHero since 2021. In this role, they are a liaison between the partnerships team, customer service department and internal revenue teams. Leanne is also responsible for adding and maintaining events in SpotHero's backend to accurately reflect events available for customer parking on the frontend. From 2019-2021, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Sisters of St. Joseph, where they balanced administrative and clerical duties with the higher priority of being available to elderly residents, coworkers and guests. From 2018-2019, they worked at Fuzz Wax Bar, where they served as Manager, Assistant Manager and Front Desk Receptionist. As Manager, they were responsible for operational duties, administrative tasks, supervision of staff and setting location specific individual and team goals. As Assistant Manager, they provided training for new employees and provided ongoing assistance and support to all employees. As Front Desk Receptionist, they booked appointments for clients via phone, email or in person, sold and educated clients on monthly membership packages, services, products and pre/post appointment care, and maintained and monitored appointment schedule for clients and staff members.

Leanne Donnelly completed a Bachelor of Commerce - B.Com in Law and Business at Ryerson University from 2016 to 2020. In 2021, they began taking a Certificate in Supply Chain Management at George Brown College Continuing Education. Leanne has also obtained a Customer Service Leadership certification from LinkedIn in April 2021, a Managing Teams certification from LinkedIn in March 2021, and a Marketing certification from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University in June 2020.
