Akshat Harbola

Akshat Harbola is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple regions and sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia at Spotify since November 2016, Akshat has also held various senior positions within the company, including Head of Strategy & Operations and Head of Market Operations in India. Prior to Spotify, Akshat worked at Google as a Vertical Lead and spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company in various roles. Akshat began the career as an Analyst at American Express in 2003. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics and a Master of Business Economics from Delhi University, as well as credentials from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
