Rajiv Vellodi

Rajiv Vellodi is a seasoned leader in customer service and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Service at Spotify since September 2019, focusing on enhancing customer experience and leveraging analytics. Prior to Spotify, Rajiv was Vice President of Global Reservations and Customer Care at Hilton, overseeing a large team across multiple regions. Rajiv's extensive background at Amazon includes leadership roles in Alexa Data Services and international customer service operations, while earlier experience at GE involved key finance and operational positions, including General Manager Finance for GE Intelligent Platforms India.
