Ricardo Motti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative strategy and global growth campaigns. Currently serving as the Head of Global Growth Campaigns and Head of Creative Strategy at Spotify, Ricardo has previously held the position of Creative Solutions Lead for the EMEA and AUNZ regions. Prior roles include Creative Director at Fallon London and CUBOCC, as well as Creative & Strategy Director for Unilever. In addition to industry roles, Ricardo has contributed to education as a teacher at Miami Ad School Europe and Miami Ad School/ESPM. Ricardo holds a degree in Copywriting from Miami Ad School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
