Vivian Byrwa serves as Senior Legal Counsel - Privacy at Spotify since August 2019, leading privacy initiatives for the Americas and supporting key Asian markets, with expertise in cybersecurity, fraud, adtech, children's data, and artificial intelligence. Previously, Vivian held various legal positions, including Associate at Davis & Gilbert LLP and Herrick, Feinstein LLP, focusing on privacy and technology law. Vivian is actively engaged in the legal community as a Fellow at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and a Board Member for the International Association of Privacy Professionals’ Education Advisory Board, while also chairing the New York KnowledgeNet. Vivian earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
