Previously, Vivian held various legal positions, including Associate at Davis & Gilbert LLP and Herrick, Feinstein LLP, focusing on privacy and technology law. Vivian is actively engaged in the legal community as a Fellow at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and a Board Member for the International Association of Privacy Professionals’ Education Advisory Board, while also chairing the New York KnowledgeNet. Vivian earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
