Jantzen Foster

Jantzen Foster has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2013, Foster worked as an Engineering Intern at Luminant, where they assisted the electrical and mechanical engineering team. In 2016, they joined Aerotek as a Recruiter and then transitioned to the role of Engineering Account Manager, working with national and local customers to provide staffing and engineering solutions. In 2020, Foster became a Senior National Strategic Account Manager at Randstad Technologies, specializing in contract staffing, permanent staffing, and engineering services solutions for a financial customer. Most recently, Foster has taken on the role of Director of Sales and Business Development at SPOTIO, a field sales engagement tool that focuses on automating tasks, providing insight into sales performance, and driving revenue for sales organizations.

Jantzen Foster attended Hughes Springs High School from 2007 to 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2015, they attended Austin College and earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree, majoring in Communication, General.
