Raki Shah

Raki Shah has a diverse background in finance and business development. Raki currently serves as the CFO at SPOTIO, a mobile-first solution for outside sales teams. In this role, Raki focuses on accelerating growth and transforming outside sales teams.

Prior to SPOTIO, Raki was the President and CEO of VisionWeb, an industry-consortium backed SAAS and technology platform services provider in the vision care space. During Raki's tenure, VisionWeb experienced significant growth, launching two SAAS products, improving technology and product processes, and expanding sales channels. The company achieved a 4x growth rate and a 300% increase in EBITDA.

Before VisionWeb, Raki held the position of VP, Corporate Development at Essilor of America. In this role, Raki led corporate development and strategic initiatives during a high-growth phase, overseeing multiple multi-billion-dollar transactions across various platforms and managing key customer relationships.

Raki also gained experience in business development at Looking Glass Networks, where Raki managed partnerships and strategic sales offerings. Additionally, Raki worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, focusing on financial/accounting due diligence and post-merger integration engagements for financial sponsors and corporate buyers.

Throughout Raki's career, they have demonstrated expertise in driving growth, executing large-scale transactions, and optimizing business processes.

Raki Shah completed their education from 1993 to 1998 at The University of Texas at Austin, where they obtained a Masters in BBA degree, with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, in September 2000, Raki Shah obtained a CPA certification.
