Leah Zou

Leah Zou, PhD has a diverse work experience starting from 2015 as a Legal Intern at Arul Chew & Partners. In 2019, they worked as a Student Development Coach and later as a Teaching Assistant at Durham University. From 2020 to 2021, Leah worked as a Management Consultant at Critical Future. In 2021, they worked as a Product Controller at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Currently, Leah is working at Spotlight Sports Group, starting as a Senior User Researcher in 2022 and progressing to Interim Lead User Researcher. Leah is currently serving as the Lead User Researcher.

Leah Zou, PhD has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Durham University. Leah also holds an MSc in Management from Durham University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leeds. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications including Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy from the Higher Education Academy and An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python (Part 1) from Coursera.
