Carolyn Bertozzi

Carolyn Bertozzi is a Scientific Advisor at Spotlight Therapeutics. Carolyn was previously a Co-Founder and CEO at Peregrine Biotechnology, Inc. from May 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Innovative Genomics Institute from May 2015 to December 2017. Her work uses targeted and genome-wide CRISPR screens to find novel regulators of T cell activation, differentiation, and function. Carolyn Bertozzi received their PhD from UC Berkeley in August 2009 and did their undergraduate studies at Centre College from February 2006 to December 2008.
