Nicholas Kavanaugh

Nicholas Kavanaugh, C.P.A. is a Senior Accounting Manager at SpotOn since July 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Assurance Manager at EY from September 2017 to June 2023. At EY, Nicholas developed expertise in US GAAP and SEC regulatory requirements, leading the review of 20 10-K and 10-Q public filings and advising clients on revenue-related disclosure requirements. Significant contributions included assisting a startup client in achieving public readiness through enhanced financial reporting processes, culminating in a successful SPAC listing. Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and has completed a Summer Intensive Language Program in Chinese Language and Literature at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
