Rick Hecker

Rick Hecker is currently employed at SpotOn as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering, overseeing the engineering of various web-based product offerings. Prior to this, Rick founded Heckr LLC, where Rick created, designed, and developed multiple Jira add-ons. At BlackLine, Rick worked as a Sr. Manager leading cross-functional engineering teams and implementing innovative people and performance management strategies. Before that, Rick worked at Lamps Plus as a Sr. Manager of Web Development, managing multiple teams and guiding the entire department. At Guitar Center, Rick worked as a Sr. Front End Web Developer, leading a complete redesign of the company website.
