Olgerd Janovič

Olgerd Janovič has extensive work experience in business development and management roles. Olgerd currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at spotos.eu since November 2022. Previously, they worked at Girteka Logistics, where they held various positions including Business Development Division Manager, Division Manager, Team Lead, Senior Manager, and Sales. In their role as the Business Development Division Manager, Olgerd was responsible for developing and executing plans for the division, building partnerships with new business customers, and setting and monitoring KPIs for the business development teams. Olgerd also analyzed market trends and provided feedback to the division members. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Olgerd Janovič's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Vilnius University in the years 2007 to 2011.
