Christian Perstl

Christian Perstl has a diverse work experience in various design and management roles. Christian is currently the Head of Design at Spotted Zebra as of 2023. Previously, they co-founded and served as the Co-CEO of PUSH, where they established and managed the largest design event for UX professionals in the DACH region. Christian also worked as a Design & Research Manager at Personio and as a Design Manager for Care Professionals Experience at Babylon, where they played a key role in supporting the company's growth as a global value-based care provider. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim Design Lead at Designit, where they successfully pitched and won multiple client engagements and played an active leadership role in the development of the digital design team. Additionally, they worked as a Product-Service Design Consultant at PepsiCo, where they led a project demonstrating the use of service design thinking for innovation. Christian also has experience as a Senior Interaction Designer at envis precisely and as an Interaction Designer and Creative Technologist at WHITEvoid interactive art & design, where they created interactive media installations and products.

Christian Perstl completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Design, with a major in Media and Interaction Design, from FH Joanneum. Christian attended from 2005 to 2009.

In 2016, they obtained a certification in IELTS Academic Band Score 8.5 of 9/CEFR Level C2 from the British Council.

From 2016 to 2018, Christian Perstl pursued their Master of Arts degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art.

In 2017, they also attended the Imperial College Business School for the Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Design Module.
