Kristopher H. Roy

Kris Roy is Chief Financial Officer of SP+ Corporation. Kris joined SP+ in 2013, as Vice President and Assistant Controller. He served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2015 through August 2019. Prior to joining SP+, Kris served as Global Director of Accounting, Consolidation, and Financial Systems at CNH Industrial N.V. and its predecessor. Kris was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, LLP. Kris is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.
