Taylor Regan

Taylor Regan has over 14 years of experience in the field of User Experience and Product Design. Currently, they are the Director of UX and Product Design at SPR since February 2021. In 2023, Taylor will be the Founder of their own company, UX Level Up. Prior to this, they worked as the UX Practice Lead at Moonshot by Pactera EDGE from December 2019 to February 2021 and as the VP of User Experience at Ipsos from May 2018 to September 2019. Taylor also served as the National Practice Lead at BlueMetal Inc. from October 2016 to May 2018 and as the Director of Strategy & Design from November 2014 to October 2016. They held the role of User Experience Manager at Rightpoint from October 2012 to October 2014 and served as the User Experience Design Lead at Humana from February 2012 to October 2012. Before that, Taylor worked as a Senior User Experience Consultant at Roundarch from November 2009 to February 2012, an Interaction Design Lead at HighBeam Research from June 2008 to November 2009, and a User Experience Specialist at DoubleClick Performics/Google from December 2007 to June 2008.

Taylor Regan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Psychology from Bradley University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. They further pursued their education at DePaul University from 2002 to 2006, earning a Master of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction.
