Iain Davis is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of FCA Compliance at Spreadex since January 2023, Iain has previously held leadership roles including Head of Compliance at JB Drax Honore and Indigo FX, as well as Compliance and MLRO at INDIGO SECURITIES LIMITED. With a career that began as Compliance Officer at INTL Global Currencies Ltd, Iain has worked for reputable firms such as City Credit Capital and Traderight Ltd, accumulating valuable expertise in compliance and regulatory affairs. Iain holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics from Royal Holloway, University of London, obtained in 2007.
