Marlo Bergen has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Strategic Talent and Business Partner Manager at Spreetail since January 2016. In this role, Marlo focuses on HR business partnership, performance management, and leadership development. Previous positions at Spreetail include Talent Development Manager, Training and Development Manager, University Recruitment Lead, and Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed employee onboarding, career development, and university recruitment strategy. Prior to Spreetail, Marlo worked at Talent Plus, Inc. as a Technology Solutions Consultant and Logistics Specialist, and gained early experience in football operations and recruiting at the University of Nebraska Football. Marlo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
