Ramona Watson

Ramona joined the Sprenger team in 2014 as the Director of Nursing at Grande Village Retirement Community and was soon promoted to a Quality Assurance role in 2015. In 2019, Ramona was promoted again to Director of Clinical Operations. She comes to us with an RN, BSN, DNS-CT, and over 15 years of experience in long-term care.

Throughout her career in health care she has worked as an STNA, LPN, Restorative Nurse, RN Supervisor, ADON, DON, and Quality Assurance Nurse.
