Esther Barbero Portal has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director and previously as Strategy & Innovation Manager at SPRIM since March 2005. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Specialist at Grupo UNIDE and Human Resources Specialist positions at Grupo Alliance and Marketingvivo SL. Esther started a career in HR as a Junior Human Resources Specialist at Adecco. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from EAE Business School, a Master's in Business Management and Marketing from INESEM Business School, a Master's in Human Resources from ISFE, and a Master's in Psychology from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
