Hillary Walker, MBA, MSM has diverse work experience in the payroll and human resources field. Hillary currently holds the position of Senior Director of Payroll & HRIS at Spring Education Group, where they started in July 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Payroll Manager from December 2019 to July 2021 and as the Payroll Supervisor from July 2017 to December 2019.

Before joining Spring Education Group, Hillary worked at UHS, where they held the role of Lead Payroll/AP Analyst-Behavioral Health from April 2016 to July 2017 and Senior Payroll Analyst-Acute from April 2013 to April 2016.

Hillary began their career at Mercy Health System as a Payroll Specialist/Visionware Coordinator from November 2009 to April 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Budget Analyst at Philadelphia Insurance Companies from November 2007 to November 2009, and as a Bank Reconciliation Staff Accountant at GMAC Mortgage from February 2007 to November 2007.

Hillary Walker, MBA, MSM, completed their education at Gwynedd Mercy University. Hillary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued their Master's in Science in Management from 2010 to 2012. Hillary further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2014 to 2015.
