Kevin Gallagher

Kevin Gallagher is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at Spring Education Group since April 2020, Kevin is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial information, overseeing financial statement accuracy, and managing compliance reporting under US GAAP. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at KPMG US as Director of Financial Reporting, where the focus was on financial statement audits and internal controls. Kevin also held a managerial position at RSM US LLP, managing audit services across diverse industries. Earlier experience includes staff accountant roles at Stout Causey & Horning and Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, where responsibilities involved performing audits and consulting work for various clients. Kevin holds a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech and completed high school at Holy Ghost Prep.
