Yuki Li

Yuki Li is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Spring Education Group since June 2020, focusing on expanding the Spring Education Network's growth through strategic real estate development. Yuki has also held the position of Broker Associate at GD Commercial Real Estate Inc since 2013, specializing in acquisitions, sales, leasing, and property management in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, where Yuki provided consultancy for large mixed-use and retail projects, and positions in research and analysis with organizations including CresaPartners and the Los Angeles Housing Department. Yuki holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
