Drew Kese

Drew Kese has over 20 years of experience in the financial services and payments industry. Drew is currently the Chief Experience Officer at Spring EQ, a technology-based originator of nationwide loan products. Prior to joining Spring EQ, they were the Co-Founder and Venture Partner at MissionOG, a venture capital firm that provides human and financial capital to early and growth stage B2B technology companies. Drew also served on the Advisory Board of BWG Strategy LLC, a management consulting firm.

Drew began their career as a civil engineer with Hurt & Proffitt, Inc. Drew later transitioned into product management and spent 6 years with Ecount, a prepaid card company that was acquired by Citi in 2007. Drew then became the Global Prepaid Head for Citi Prepaid Services (formerly Ecount) and served on the Board of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA).

Drew has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Drew Kese has an MBA from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, where they studied finance and management. Drew also has a degree in civil engineering from Villanova University. Drew is a founding member of the Batten Fund, a student-led investment group.
