Role Summary

Spring’s community presence is critical to our growth and engagement strategy. From deepening relationships with our existing patient base, to driving brand awareness through in-house and external information sessions and community outreach, we see our Community Manager as a key member of the Marketing Team. This individual will have the opportunity to shape the Spring experience for patients at all stages in their fertility journeys. 

We are looking for a creative, energetic individual with a willingness to be both strategic and hands-on as we build innovative and engaging experiences that require collaboration from our care providers, administrative team, strategic external partners, and marketing team. Previous community building, brand marketing, or sales experience preferred. 

This individual will be responsible for: 

  • Strategic Event Execution: Source and manage the execution of events (info sessions, corporate lunches, internal team-building events) that fall within our long-term goals. 
  • Project Management: Manage and implement Spring events overall creative and production effort, overseeing all aspects of the events from budgeting and schedules to vendors and external partners. 
  • Marketing: Work closely with marketing team and creative agency partners to develop effective collateral to support events. 
  • Financial Management: Work with marketing team to create and manage event budgets on an individual and collective basis.
  • Staffing: Organize staff and key volunteers needed to ensure successful events and growth opportunities. 
  • Administrative Support: Maintain patient gifting & experience program, including post-procedure gifting, post-delivery gifting, and holiday gifting as well as four-wall clinic experience.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2 years minimum experience working in events or community marketing role. 
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence 
  • Ability to work both independently in the field and within a larger team 
  • Proven track record of successful relationship building and ability to meet productivity targets 
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent judgement, communication and organizational skills 
  • Experience working within Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plus 

Employment Type

This is a full time, onsite position, requiring weekend and late hours for events. 

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
