Katrina Featherstone, PHR-CA, has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, beginning with their role as Human Resources Training Assistant for Campbell Soup Company in 2009. In 2011, they moved to Cargill as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2013, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager at cCARE - California Cancer Associates for Research & Excellence. In 2015, they transitioned to California Health Sciences University (CHSU) in the same role. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources at Highlands Energy - An Alvarado Group Company. In 2020, they were promoted again to Head of Human Resources at Spring Fertility.

Katrina Featherstone completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from California State University, Fresno between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended California State University-Sacramento between 2007 and 2010 and studied Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Skills for Inclusive Conversations and Unconscious Bias in September 2020 and is certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a PHR-CA.
