Mary Fawver

Mary Fawver has extensive work experience in human resources, holding positions ranging from Director of Human Resources to Senior Human Resource Specialist. Mary started their career in 1985 at Quaker Oats, where they worked as a Manager in Customer/Sales Service and Order Processing for the Food Service division. Mary later held roles at companies including System Sensor, Avery Dennison, and Sara Lee Coffee & Tea Foodservice. In 2005, they joined Two Rivers Head Start Agency as a Human Resources professional before moving on to Heartland Blood Centers as a Senior Human Resource Specialist. Most recently, they worked at Spring-Green Enterprises and its subsidiary, Spring Green Enterprises Inc., as the Director of Human Resources.

Mary Fawver completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business and Public Administration-Marketing from Governors State University in 1984. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and earned a Master's degree in Human Resources (MHR).

In terms of additional certifications, Mary Fawver obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in October 2020. Mary also holds the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, which they obtained in September 2018. Prior to that, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in September 2015. In January 2014, Mary Fawver achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
