Adam Myers

Adam Myers has a strong background in corporate development and strategic ventures. Adam is currently working as a Senior Director of Corporate Development at Spring Health. Prior to that, they worked at Guardian Life for seven years as a Senior Director of Strategic Ventures. Before their time at Guardian Life, Adam was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey in the Corporate Finance department. Adam also gained experience as an Associate at CIBC, where they originated, structured, and executed debt solutions for PE sponsored LBOs and other clients with complex credit requirements. Adam's early career included a role as a Student-At-Law at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Overall, Adam Myers shows a diverse range of experience in the finance and legal sectors.

Adam Myers attended McGill University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Anatomy and Cellular Biology. Following this, from 2007 to 2011, Adam pursued further education at the University of Toronto, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the Rotman School of Management, specializing in Finance. Additionally, during the same period, they also acquired a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Toronto, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
