Brooke Radebach has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Member Eligibility Specialist at Community Care Plan, where they processed eligibility and remittance files and resolved member-related issues. In 2003, they joined Spectrum Health as a Strategic Regulatory Specialist, responsible for compiling documentation for CON applications and leading meetings with internal and external customers. Brooke then transitioned to Priority Health, where they held various roles. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as an Enrollment Specialist/Billing and Enrollment Phone Representative, providing accurate and efficient customer service. From 2007 to 2012, they served as a Wellness Implementation Specialist, ensuring successful implementation of wellness products and services. Brooke then became a Lead Wellness Operations Specialist from 2012 to 2013, developing prototypes and refining the web experience. From 2013 to 2014, they held the position of Supervisor, Wellness Analytics & Operations, overseeing staff and programs for employer groups. Lastly, since June 2022, they have been working as the Manager of Customer Success at Spring Health.

Brooke Radebach's education history includes earning a Master's degree in Healthcare Systems Administration from Davenport University in the year 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Systems Administration from Ferris State University, which they completed between 1998 and 2001. Brooke also possesses a high school diploma from Big Rapids High School.
