Glen Tampke II M.D.

Glen Tampke, II MD has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Glen began their career at Provant, where they served as a Regional Consultant responsible for overseeing a 5 state territory and managing a team of wellness screeners. During their time at Provant, they successfully developed and delivered education and training to clinical field staff.

Glen then joined UnitedHealth Group as a Clinical State Manager, where they played a crucial role in leading a team of 90 clinical field personnel and implementing new standards for the state of Texas following a national acquisition.

Afterwards, Glen worked at SimplyWell (now Virgin Pulse) in multiple roles. Glen initially served as a Senior Account Manager before transitioning into the role of Director, Client Services. In this position, they developed a team of client relationship managers and consulted with clients to determine wellness solutions through the company's proprietary SAAS platform. Glen was also responsible for enabling their team to work smarter and more efficiently.

Following their time at SimplyWell, Glen joined HMS as an Account Director - Health Plan Solutions. In this role, they focused on providing solutions and support to health plan clients.

Most recently, Glen has been working at Spring Health, a comprehensive mental health solution for employers. Glen started as the Director of Customer Success and later became the Senior Director of Customer Success. Glen was responsible for using data to ensure each person received the right treatment at the right time. Glen's exceptional performance led to their current role as the Senior Director of Implementation, where they continue to excel.

Glen Tampke, II MD has a comprehensive education history. Glen attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Medical Clinical Sciences/Graduate Medical Studies at UNT Health Science Center, completing their studies from 2001 to 2002. Glen furthered their education at the American University of the Caribbean from 2002 to 2007, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a specialization in Primary & Preventative medicine. In addition to their academic achievements, Glen has also obtained a certification in Cybersecurity at Work from LinkedIn in May 2022.
