Ida Hishmeh

Ida Hishmeh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Special Project Intern at the City of Garland. In 2019, they became a Teaching Assistant at McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin. During the same year, they also had an intern role as a Health Consultant at Mercer. In 2019, they transitioned to a Health & Benefits Associate Consultant role at Mercer, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Strategic Alliances at Spring Health starting from May 2022.

Ida Hishmeh completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, Consulting and Change Management from The University of Texas at Austin. Ida attended the university from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications in cybersecurity, learning GDPR, and preventing harassment in the workplace from LinkedIn in May 2022.
