Brittni Troyan has a diverse work experience as a health and wellness coach. Brittni started their career in 2014 as a Health and Wellness Coach at Vida Health, Inc. Here, they provided phone and face-to-face health coaching to clients, focusing on weight management, nutrition, and other healthy lifestyle behaviors. Brittni utilized motivational interviewing and engagement strategies to support client health and documented interactions through a web-based platform.
In 2015, they joined INTERVENT as a Lifestyle Health Coach, where they provided individualized health improvement programs to participants over the telephone. Brittni delivered evidence-based programs on nutrition, weight management, physical activity, stress management, and more. In 2022, Brittni worked as a Lifestyle Medicine Coach at Butler Memorial Hospital, providing nutrition care, delivering lifestyle coaching programs, and maintaining food shares in the Clarion Food Institute.

Brittni Troyan, NBC-HWC, has a strong educational background in wellness coaching and exercise science. In 2012, they completed Wellness Coach Training at the School of Wellcoaches- American College of Sports Medicine, focusing on the field of wellness coaching. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Professional Studies with an emphasis in Exercise Science at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to their formal education, Brittni has obtained additional certifications. In December 2020, they achieved the NBC-HWC certification from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching.
