Ramsey Daniels has a diverse work experience. From 2021 to the present, they worked as a Global Care Support Coordinator (English/Portuguese) at Spring Health. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they served as an ESL Instructor in Brazil at Open English. From 2019 to the present, they worked as a Professional Educator at eNotes.com. Further back, in 2018, they were a Teaching Fellow at America Works of New York, Inc. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of Group Supervisor at Liberty Extended Day Program. At Skidmore College, they held various positions including Treasurer/Social Chair/President of the Student Government Association from 2013 to 2016, Treasurer/PR Coordinator of the Raíces Latin American Heritage Club from 2014 to 2015, and Resident Assistant from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Financial Management Scholar at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where they analyzed banking institutions and presented recommendations for financial stability. Prior to that, in 2013 and 2014, they were a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Collaborative. Their earliest work experience was as a Corps Member at City Year from 2011 to 2012.

Ramsey Daniels attended Skidmore College from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature with a focus in Creative Writing. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Economics during their time at Skidmore College. In February 2020, Ramsey obtained a 120-Hour Master Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Bridge Education Group.
