Steve Lustbader

Steve Lustbader is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Engineering at Spring Health since August 2024, Lustbader focuses on eliminating barriers to mental healthcare through innovative strategies for Customer Analytics. Previously, as Director of Engineering at b.well Connected Health, Lustbader contributed to the transformation of healthcare consumption and delivery. At Meta, as Software Engineering Manager, Lustbader managed multiple teams within the Integrity division, enhancing trust and safety across the platform. A long tenure at Rally Health included roles from Senior Engineering Manager to Principal Software Engineer, leading significant product developments and engineering teams. Early career experience includes technical leadership at 5AM Solutions and architectural roles at Vecna Technologies, combined with internships at Philips Medical Systems and Agilent Technologies. Lustbader holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
