Tristan Freeman

Tristan Freeman serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Spring Health, a health tech company providing digital mental health support, since July 2023. Previously, Tristan has held roles such as Primary Legal Counsel at Smartly.io and Director, Senior Corporate Counsel at NS1, where responsibilities included negotiating contracts with Fortune 100 companies. Tristan has also contributed as a Corporate Associate at McGuireWoods LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. A member of the independent community TechGC, Tristan advocates for knowledge sharing among General Counsels. Tristan holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
