Pierre Verger

Pierre Verger has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Pierre is currently the Vice President of Operations at Spring Hills Senior Communities and Home Care Services since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Founding Partner of Verger Group from May 2019. From January 2018 to May 2019, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Heritage Senior Living, LLC, where they oversaw a corporate office and 16 campuses. Before that, they worked at ORPEA from 2009 to 2016, holding various roles such as Area Director of Operations, Multisite Director of Operations, and Executive Director of Operations. Pierre Verger also has experience in the hospitality industry, as they were the Founder and CEO of Faugeras Boutique-Hotel from 2002 to 2008. Additionally, they worked at The Porches Inn at Mass MoCA as a Hotel Manager in 2001 and at The Red Lion Inn as an F&B Manager in 1999.

Pierre Verger has a diverse education history, with a focus on healthcare administration, management, and hospitality administration. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration at IAE IUP. During this time, their field of study was Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they attended ESCP Business School, where they completed a CADRELAN / Mastère Management Médical et Gestion Hospitalière program. This program specialized in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management. Prior to these degrees, from 1998 to 2001, they studied at Vatel France, obtaining a Master's degree in International Hotel and Restaurant Management and focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management. Lastly, from 1996 to 1998, they attended IUT GEA Limoges, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration/Management.
