Allison Gibson

Allison Gibson has a diverse work experience across various industries. Allison is currently working at Spring Activator as the Chief Design Officer, where they drive program excellence and collaborates with the team. Prior to that, they worked as the Program Manager at Spring, focusing on food innovation. Allison also founded their own company, Allie G. Co, where they prioritize community development and social enterprise initiatives. Allison has also worked as the Social Enterprise Training Development Manager at Toronto Centre of Learning & Development, where they support under-resourced communities and creates training opportunities. In addition, Allison has experience in community initiatives, event management, and research. Overall, they have a strong background in program management, community development, and social enterprise.

Allison Gibson completed their degree in Hospitality & Event Management at George Brown College from 2002 to 2005. Allison also obtained certifications including Certified GrowthWheel Advisor in 2022, Food Handler Certification in August 2019, First Aid & CPR in 2017, and various Disney training programs in 2004 and 2005.
