Thomas O'Hare is currently the Careers, Education & Employability Programme Delivery Manager at Springboard, where Thomas plans and delivers activities to support individuals in progressing their careers in Hospitality, Leisure, and Tourism. With a strong background in people management and engagement, Thomas has also worked in customer service, training, and telemarketing roles in various companies such as Shaw Trust, PPL PRS Ltd, and learndirect Limited. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Dance from De Montfort University.
