Nicholas Layman (He/Him)

Vice President, Product Engineering at Springboard Collaborative

Nicholas started his career with Aramark in operations and quickly became interested in the production process. He grew in his role to the point of being brought into a corporate training and process improvement position. He then worked with supply chain, safety, compliance, and finance to drive operational efficiency. This led to an opportunity in the enterprise IT group working initially on inventory systems, then as the lead of the organization’s operator experience team, which included all field facing technology. After that he moved into a line of business tech leadership role in which he delivered IT strategy to drive profitable growth and maximize consumer experience before coming to Springboard to lead the product space.

Nicholas lives in the Dallas area with his wife, two children, and three cats. He enjoys cooking, reading, and playing taxi to his children.
