Cherise Lee Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cherise began their career as a Banquets Management Intern at Sheraton Waikiki Starwood Internship, where they managed and produced multiple events. Cherise then worked as a Sales Associate at Duty Free, where they developed client relationships and provided high-end quality service. Cherise also worked as a Marketing Assistant-Chinese Market Specialist at AT Marketing, supervising marketing and social media outlets for Chinese clients.
Cherise then transitioned to the education sector, working as a Student Interchanger at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, NICE Program. In this role, they engaged students in English conversation and organized events to foster relationships and enhance their experience abroad. Cherise also worked as a Student Advisor at Shidler College of Business Internship and Career, coordinating career expos, organizing professional development workshops, and managing front office activities.
In the hospitality industry, Cherise served as a Group Sales Coordinator, Human Resources Coordinator, Recruitment & Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Manager at THE MODERN HONOLULU. Cherise also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Highgate. Cherise'sresponsibilities in these roles included managing human resources activities, coordinating recruitment and training, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
Currently, Cherise is working at Springboard Hospitality, where they hold the position of Area Director of People & Culture and Corporate Director of Talent Development & Culture. Cherise is responsible for developing and implementing talent development and culture initiatives within the company.
