Nicole Belles

Nicole Belles has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare industry since 2000. Nicole began their career as an Associate at Towers Perrin in 2000, and then moved to Thomson Reuters in 2002 as a Consulting Manager. In 2005, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Director of Product Management and a Director of Account Management. Later that year, they also began working at Thomson Healthcare - Medstat as a Director of Practice Leadership. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Director of Informatics. During this same period, they also worked at Evolent Health as a Senior Director of Clinical Analytics and at Health Data & Management Solutions, Inc. (HDMS), a CVS Health company, as a Senior Director of Product Management. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Springbuk as the VP of Product.

Nicole Belles obtained a M.H.S.A in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan. Prior to this, they earned a B.S in Biology from the University of Michigan. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. including a Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager in July 2021, a Certified SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner in April 2019, and a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager in October 2018.
