Julia Midwinter

Julia Midwinter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and operations management within the publishing and education sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Springer Nature Group since November 2022, Julia previously held the position of Program Manager and Senior Project Manager within Macmillan Education from July 2019 to January 2023. Notably, Julia directed Ebook Operations at Penguin Random House UK from February 2010 to February 2018, where contributions included establishing the first combined ebook operations team and significantly advancing the company's ebook production and distribution processes. Earlier experience includes roles at the British Medical Journal, where Julia served as Operational Services Manager and Content Manager from April 2006 to February 2010. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Hispanic Studies from The University of Sheffield.
