Megan Britt

Megan Britt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and policy development within education and community empowerment sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Strategy at Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership since December 2022, Megan's prior roles include Director of Advancement and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Uncommon Schools from August 2015 to December 2022, and Deputy Director of the TIME Collaborative at the National Center on Time & Learning from August 2009 to August 2015. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Education Pioneers and Action for Boston Community Development, alongside a foundational role as Director of Operations at Perdix, Inc. Academically, Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Duke University and a Master in Public Policy with a focus on Education Policy, Urban Policy, and Generational Poverty from Harvard Kennedy School.
