Steven Forni

Steven Forni is an experienced educator and broadcasting professional with a diverse background in public address announcing and production. Since August 2021, Steven has been teaching at Westfield Technical Academy while also serving as the PA announcer for the Springfield Thunderbirds and Connecticut Sun, starting in September 2015 and May 2018, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Production Director and Morning Show Producer at iHeartMedia from November 2013 to October 2022, where Steven produced the Jim Polito Show and managed social media updates. As a play-by-play commentator for the Metropolitan Junior Hockey League, Steven has extensive experience with over 85 games and coverage of USA Hockey Junior Nationals in 2014 and 2015. Additional roles include board operations for NPR and commercial production at Marlin Broadcasting. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
