Michael Perry Ma, Rcc™ Bcap™

Michael Perry, MA, RCC™ BCAP™ has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Michael served as the President & CEO of SpringHill Camps starting in 1998. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at HPD, Inc from 1994 to 1998. Perry also held managerial positions at Steelcase, Inc, where they served as a Manager of HR, Quality, and Customer Service from 1984 to 1994. Michael also had the additional responsibility of managing World Class Manufacturing.

Michael Perry, MA, RCC™ BCAP™ has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, which was obtained from 1980 to 1984. In addition, they hold a Master of Arts degree in Ministry Leadership from Cornerstone University, earned between 2003 and 2012. Michael Perry has also obtained several certifications, including the Business Coaching Advantage Practitioner™ from the PeopleDynamics Learning Group in May 2020, the Registered Corporate Coach from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™) in May 2020, and the Minister of the Gospel certification from EFCA in September 2014.
