Robert Anderson

Robert Anderson has been working in the field of business intelligence for over 10 years. Robert started their career as an IT Client Services Technician at Taylor University, before moving on to work as an IT Knowledge Management Intern at Zimmer. In 2009, they began working as a Technical Client Support Analyst at Sentry Data Systems, where they provided technical support for all of Sentry's products. In 2013, they joined Apparatus as a Lead Consultant for Business Intelligence.

At Apparatus, Robert led data warehousing, analytics, and reporting projects for global and Fortune 500 clients. Robert developed SSIS ETL packages, SSAS Tabular and Cube solutions, and was responsible for query tuning, indexing, and T-SQL development. Robert also created reports using Power BI and SSRS. In addition to their technical responsibilities, Robert also mentored new employees in BI best practices.

In 2017, Robert left Apparatus to join SpringML as Director of Salesforce Delivery. In this role, they are responsible for leading the Salesforce delivery team and overseeing all Salesforce projects.

Robert Anderson has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Taylor University. Robert also has a certification in Ethics in Computer Science from the University of Oxford. Robert Anderson also has a high school diploma from Warsaw Community High School. Robert is also certified in Salesforce and Microsoft products.

Robert Anderson reports to Charles Landry, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Namita Shrestha - Director, Human Resources, Eric Clark - VP, Public Sector, and Sara French - VP, Partnerships & Regional Sales.
