Swathi B

Swathi B is a seasoned professional in the field of training and education, currently serving as the Manager of Trainer Engagement at SpringPeople since April 2022. Prior to this role, Swathi held the position of Senior Consultant at IIHT Technologies from September 2022 to March 2023. Experience as a freelancer in soft skills, Excel, and PowerPoint spans nearly a decade from March 2012 to August 2021. Swathi has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Madras Christian College and Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology, alongside serving as a College Lecturer at Women's Christian College in Chennai. Swathi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resources Management from Bharathiar University, completed in August 2022.
