Julia K. Zauner

Julia K. Zauner has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Julia served as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Springpoint Senior Living, where they led marketing and communication strategies, built brand awareness, and oversaw a talented in-house agency team. Julia also held the position of Digital Strategy & Corporate Communications Director, where they implemented marketing reporting and analytics tools to elevate ROI and market spend allocation. Prior to Springpoint, Julia worked at Dana Communications as a Senior Account Executive, managing client relations and directing cross-functional teams. Julia also had their own consultancy, Zauner Marketing, where they provided marketing strategy design and analysis for clients in various sectors. Julia has experience in marketing communications at Dow Jones & Company and held multiple roles at The Walt Disney Company, overseeing member loyalty and marketing development. Early in their career, they served as the Public Relations Director at Lincoln Property Company, successfully directing advertising and marketing programs.

Julia K. Zauner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Public Relations from the University of Dayton. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Enquire CRM Premium Reporting Certification from Enquire, obtained in January 2020, the Direct Marketing Association Certified Marketing Professional certification from DMA, obtained in September 2015, and the Crummer Management Program - Management Certification from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, obtained in May 1994.
